About Wound Care Express
A mobile wound care service built on more than a decade of bedside nursing — and a belief that great care should come to you.

Meet Juny Deshommes, RN
Wound Care Express was founded by Juny Deshommes, a Registered Nurse with more than 13 years of experience. Over those years at the bedside, Juny saw the same challenge again and again: some of the patients who most need consistent wound care are the ones who find it hardest to reach a clinic.
So Juny built a service to close that gap — a fully mobile practice that delivers expert, gentle wound care wherever the patient is: at home, in assisted living, or in a nursing home. Every visit reflects the same nursing values that have guided a 13-year career: skill, patience, and genuine compassion.

Bringing healing to the bedside
Our mission is simple: make professional wound care accessible to every patient who needs it — especially those who are bed-bound or homebound.
We believe no one should have to choose between getting proper wound care and the difficulty of leaving home. By coming directly to the patient, we help wounds heal faster, prevent complications, and give families real peace of mind.
- Care delivered on the patient’s terms, in their space
- Consistent follow-up for steady healing
- Clear communication with families and physicians

The values behind every visit
These principles guide how we care for every patient, every day.
Compassion First
Every patient is treated with dignity, patience, and genuine warmth — the way we’d want our own family cared for.
Clinical Excellence
Evidence-based wound care delivered by an experienced registered nurse who stays current with best practices.
Access for All
We remove the barrier of travel by bringing skilled care directly to homebound and bed-bound patients.
Partnership
We work alongside families, caregivers, and physicians — keeping everyone informed and involved in healing.
Expert wound care shouldn’t depend on whether a patient can leave the house. Our job is to bring the care to them — with the skill and compassion every person deserves.
